1. What happens if I request information?

After your request, you’ll immediately receive more information about the program and the option to book a no-obligation introductory call. During that conversation, we’ll see together if it’s a good fit and which plan suits you best.

2. Do you accept everyone?

No. We only want to work with women who truly want to make a change. During the conversation, we’ll see if you and your goals are a good fit—and if we can genuinely help you. This ensures better results for everyone.

3. Is this also suitable if I’m a beginner?

Absolutely! Especially if you don’t have much experience yet, it’s important to choose an approach that works and is sustainable. Everything is explained step by step, and we build up gradually.

4. What if I don’t want to or can’t go to the gym?

No problem. You’ll also get home workout options with minimal equipment. We’ve recorded 400 exercise videos and will guide you on proper form and technique.

5. I’m going on vacation soon. Does it still make sense to start?

Absolutely. We’ll help you lay the right foundation and teach you how to stay balanced even while on vacation. You don’t need to postpone your program—it’s becoming your new lifestyle.

6. What if I become pregnant or get sick during the program?

Then we’ll look together at what’s best: temporarily pausing, adjusting, or continuing with a modified plan. We’ll support you every step of the way—you’re not alone.

7. I have hormone issues, PCOS, or other health problems. Can you help me?

Many of our clients have hormonal issues, PCOS, burnout, or thyroid problems. Our approach is tailored to this, and we help you get your body back in balance.

8. Is it a strict diet?

Nope. No hunger, no forbidden foods, no shakes. We focus on what you enjoy and ensure balance. Chocolate, pasta, or a glass of wine? Totally fine.

2 to 3 hours per week for training (at home or in the gym)

About 30 minutes per week for check-ins, tracking your plan, and mindset
